Every Saturday, the aroma of wood-fired pizzas fills the air at Rock Bottom Bar, thanks to the culinary magic of guest Chef Mac. His handmade creations have quickly become a favorite among guests, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and delicious flavors. VIP Cocktail Workshop at La Jolla

We kicked off our very first VIP Cocktail Workshop last month, held at the picturesque venue of La Jolla. Against the backdrop of a breathtaking sunset, participants embarked on a journey into the art of cocktail crafting, led by the esteemed Bartender, Vonn.

The workshop was complemented by a delectable array of dishes, including soup, sushi, and grilled habachi steak. Each course was meticulously paired with signature cocktails that the guests themselves crafted, creating a symphony of flavors that delighted the senses.

The surf group in attendance left with smiles on their faces, thoroughly enjoying the experience of trying out different cocktails perfectly matched with the food pairing. The combination of exquisite cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and the stunning backdrop of La Jolla made for an unforgettable evening.

Guests were not only treated to a culinary adventure but also regaled with tales from Vonn’s travels as a bartender around the world. The workshop was a resounding success, leaving all attendees thoroughly satisfied and eager for more.
