Billy was born and raised on the East Coast of the USA on the Jersey Shore. He is a lifelong waterman with 12 seasons of ocean lifeguarding experience. His dream was always to head south seeking warmer waters, and bigger fish. His passion brought him to Florida where he graduated from Lynn University with a degree in Hospitality Management. After college, he continued his journey south searching for the perfect spot. The day he arrived in Popoyo he knew he finally found it. Now his life is dedicated to spreading his love of the ocean and Nicaragua to our guests at Magnific Rock.
