- Full sit-down dinner catered by the Magnific Rock Café, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients

The following sit outside the packages:
- Wedding photography and videography (outside vendors; the coordinator can connect couples with trusted local photographers)
- Hair and makeup
- Legal paperwork and officiant fees if a civil ceremony is required
- Guest travel to Popoyo and ground transportation from Managua airport
- Any décor upgrades beyond what is specified in the chosen tier
How the Planning Process Works
Most couples planning a Magnific Rock wedding are based in the US, Canada, or Europe and coordinate the entire event remotely before arriving a few days before the date. The process is designed around that reality.
- Initial inquiry. Contact the team via WhatsApp (+505 8237 7417) or the website with your preferred date, approximate guest count, and any specific requirements. The coordinator responds with availability and a personalised quote.
- Package confirmation. Once a tier is chosen and a deposit placed, the coordinator sends a planning timeline with clear milestones.
- Vendor coordination. The team handles supplier contact, including any outside vendors the couple brings in. Couples are updated at each stage, not left to chase confirmations.
- Pre-arrival walkthrough. Couples typically arrive two to three days before the wedding for a final venue walkthrough and tasting.
- Wedding day. The coordinator manages all logistics on the day. Couples and guests arrive to a venue that is fully set and ready.
What to Budget Beyond the Package
The package covers the wedding itself. The additional variables are guest accommodation and travel.

For travel, Managua’s international airport (MGA) is roughly two hours from Popoyo. Direct flights operate from Miami, Houston, and several other US and European hubs. US, Canadian, EU, UK, and Australian nationals need no visa for stays under 90 days.
